About Me
My background and passion for software development
I am a former Project Manager who lead teams to build out SCIFs for high level tech companies and three letter government agencies. This past work experience really grew my passion for working with a team and being around the technology industry, as well as seeing how the importance of software and how quickly the demand for it is growing in our society.
I have always been very interested in technology, growing up gaming and experimenting with modding games as well as always enjoying mathematics and problem solving. I feel as though there are endless possibilities when it comes to software development and that it can really be a solution to any problem. Built with a React / Redux Frontend and a Flask / SQLAlchemy Backend - Worked with finnhub.io stock API to retrieve real time stock information on a large scale - Implemented algorithms to convert and reformat stock information retrieved from an API and display them visually using Recharts.js graphs - Ensured user security by allowing Users to create an account with backend Authorization routes as well as have their data protected on the front end with Protected Routes that restrict a non logged in User’s abilities.

Built with a React / Redux Frontend and a Flask / SQLAlchemy Backend -Worked with GoogleMaps API to dynamically display the location of a specific listing to the User using the listing’s Latitude and Longitude -Ensured the privacy and security of a User by implementing User Authentication with backend Auth routes as well as front end Auth routes that protect User data and restrict unauthorized Users from managing data that is not theirs -Wrote and deployed algorithms to get average listing reviews based off of all of the reviews left on a listing.
